After more than 20 years owning a successful furniture company, Katie was ready for a new chapter—one that allowed her to merge her love of people, homes, and creativity. Today, she co-owns a thriving home staging business, called Miss Furniture Staging, with Jaime Sutton and has expanded her passion into real estate as a licensed agent.

A proud mom of three beautiful teenagers, Katie finds immense joy and purpose in being present for every soccer and softball game. Real estate gives her the flexibility to balance her professional goals with her greatest priority—family. Deeply involved in her children’s schools, sports programs, and community, Katie believes in giving back and using her voice to support others.

As first-time homebuyers using a VA loan, we could not have asked for a better realtor than Nicole. Our sellers were extremely difficult to deal with (through no fault of Nicole’s), but she handled every single challenge exactly the way I would have, firm, professional, and always protecting our best interests.

She fought hard for us and got us through to closing with ZERO closing costs, which was such a huge relief as first-time buyers. Nicole explained every step, answered every question with patience, and made us feel supported throughout the process. Even when things got stressful, she kept us calm and confident that we would get to the finish line, and she was right.

Nicole was amazing from start to finish. Her and Wesley were there for me every step of the way! Nicole marketed my house perfectly and we received multiple over asking offers the first weekend it was listed! I was initially a little nervous we listed as low as we did but I trusted her judgement and glad I did! We got much more than I wanted to list it for! Closing was seamless as well.
