After more than 20 years owning a successful furniture company, Katie was ready for a new chapter—one that allowed her to merge her love of people, homes, and creativity. Today, she co-owns a thriving home staging business, called Miss Furniture Staging, with Jaime Sutton and has expanded her passion into real estate as a licensed agent.

A proud mom of three beautiful teenagers, Katie finds immense joy and purpose in being present for every soccer and softball game. Real estate gives her the flexibility to balance her professional goals with her greatest priority—family. Deeply involved in her children’s schools, sports programs, and community, Katie believes in giving back and using her voice to support others.

It was a pleasure working with Nicole for the sale of our rental property in Menifee. She worked quickly to list our property and helped obtain the best quality pictures and video of the home, which truly stood out when added to MLS. Our next door neighbors house was also listed at the same time but the biggest difference was our realtor, the video and pictures and it all worked out for the best. As first-time homebuyers using a VA loan, we could not have asked for a better realtor than Nicole. Our sellers were extremely difficult to deal with (through no fault of Nicole’s), but she handled every single challenge exactly the way I would have, firm, professional, and always protecting our best interests.
