As first-time homebuyers using a VA loan, we could not have asked for a better realtor than Nicole. Our sellers were extremely difficult to deal with (through no fault of Nicole’s), but she handled every single challenge exactly the way I would have, firm, professional, and always protecting our best interests.

She fought hard for us and got us through to closing with ZERO closing costs, which was such a huge relief as first-time buyers. Nicole explained every step, answered every question with patience, and made us feel supported throughout the process. Nicole was amazing from start to finish. Her and Wesley were there for me every step of the way! Nicole marketed my house perfectly and we received multiple over asking offers the first weekend it was listed! I was initially a little nervous we listed as low as we did but I trusted her judgement and glad I did! We got much more than I wanted to list it for! Closing was seamless as well. I would recommend Nicole to anyone! I was very nervous about this process as I had so much going on at the time I was trying to sell my house but Nicole helped to ease all my anxieties!
